Service Provider And Payments
CallTrial is a product operated by Runner Concepts. Runner Concepts is the contracting and payment-receiving legal entity for CallTrial services unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Managed Pilot Service
CallTrial operates managed SDR work-sample pilots. Each pilot should have an approved scope, candidate instructions, lead rules, call window, stipend posture, and review process before live candidate work begins.
Candidate Participation
Candidate trials are paid work samples, not employment by CallTrial. Candidates must accept the trial terms before participating and should only contact assigned, approved leads during the approved call window.
Evidence And Decisions
CallTrial organizes trial evidence into human-reviewed materials. CallTrial does not make the employer's hiring decision, and employers remain responsible for how they evaluate and use candidate evidence.
Signed Agreements
Buyer agreements, candidate terms, consent language, and any signed order form or statement of work control the specific pilot. If a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls for that pilot.
