What CallTrial Collects
CallTrial collects the information needed to operate managed SDR work-sample pilots: client intake details, role and cohort details, candidate profile details, consent records, trial metadata, call notes, call status events, and evidence packet content.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to set up a pilot, confirm candidate participation, run approved call workflows, prepare human-reviewed evidence packets, support employer review, maintain audit records, and improve CallTrial operations.
Access And Review
Employer review links are tokenized. Internal admin access is limited to allowlisted operators. CallTrial does not use trial evidence for unrelated outreach or unrelated candidate profiling.
Retention And Security
CallTrial keeps pilot records only as needed for operations, review, audit, payment, and legal obligations. Production secrets and credentials are stored outside the public codebase in approved secret stores.
